Stefan Dacey is a world-class marketing agency based in Geneva. Senior creative direction leads every engagement, backed by the speed of a young, AI-native team. There is no junior handover: the person who sets the direction stays on the work.

We operate where four disciplines meet. Brand strategy and visual identity. Web development, primarily Next.js, built for speed and conversion rather than decoration. AI content and automation systems that let small teams publish like large ones. And digital growth, from SEO to Generative Engine Optimization, the practice of becoming the answer AI assistants give.

Over 14 years, our creative direction has delivered more than 250 projects for over 200 clients, including Caterpillar, L'Oreal, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Swiss International Air Lines and Maurice Lacroix. That work has earned 20 international awards, among them a Cannes Lions 2022 shortlist in Creative Data for the ICRC campaign React for Real, a Dubai Lynx win for Breakthrough on a Budget, and two Swiss Prestige Awards.

Recent work shows the range: an immersive booking platform for a five-venue leisure group, three premium multilingual sites delivered in five weeks for an outdoor sports retreat, and a full brand, e-commerce and press launch built in four weeks for an alpine cosmetics label.

We serve clients across Switzerland and the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region, and work with ambitious brands worldwide. Working languages: French, English, German.
