My company was a loyal customer of Studio 98 for several years. They hosted an information only website for me. Last year the page was "hijacked" with malware and was flagged by Google and others as a dangerous web page. I called support and got someone and created a ticket. After a month of my website showing to my customers as a site with malware and non functional I called again and was assured they were working on it. I asked for it to be taken down. Two weeks later nothing had changed. I called and asked for my files so I could get someone else to fix it. The files had viruses and were not useable. I had to pay for someone to completely redesign my site. All the wile they were still charging my credit card. Obviously I do not recommend. "

I’ve worked with them for over 6 years on everything from building a website to Google Ads, down to basic hosting services. Basically I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over that time, and worked with multiple people, across multiple services they offer, even across different owners of the company. I’ve consistent found them to be disorganized, over-priced, and lacking in basic customer service. Their employees were all nice, and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious they were either tasked with too many other things to do, or not trained well enough to provide the level of service that would produce results. Finally, after slowly downgrading my service with them to basic web hosting, I migrated to another provider about six months ago who has exceeded my expectations. My new marketing firm and I have both reached out to Studio98 MULTIPLE times to stop my hosting services, to which they agreed. Unfortunately, they continued to charge me, month after month, and each time they said “it won’t happen again.” I literally had to close my account to make this stop as they obviously had no intention of stopping the auto draft, and refuse to return my money. So unless you like to waste money and work with a disorganized company that cannot adequately provide the results they promise, I would suggest you find another marketing firm, like I did. "
