Could you please send me the requested information.For the attention of Andre,Thank you for your response and the removal of my daughter’s images/videos from all social media marketing platforms. Unfortunately these are still visible on your clients portals. I will now be contacting directly, explaining the situation.Could I please ask how this was allowed without parental consent, when it’s a legal requirement to have the birth certificate of the child which would clearly show two parents named.Also you have failed to outline what disciplinary measures you have carried out against the person/persons responsible for creating and publicising these images.A copy of the application form/contract or equivalent.If this is a problem I can request these under the GDPR legislation.I would also like to initiate a formal complaint due to the failure to obtain my consent, required by law, and therefore failure to ensure accurate and effective safeguarding of my then 5 year old daughter.I do want to express I am currently seeking legal advice, as a business dealing in social platforms and advertisement, the exploitation of a minor/child for financial gain is unacceptable.Regards,Andy Dodd "
