I hired Webwolfs, a Pakistani marketing company, for a simple task that should have cost around $100–$200. However, they charged me $2,000 for it. The quality of work was extremely poor and nowhere near the value they claimed. When I asked for a refund or even an explanation, they stopped responding completely. I live in Florida, USA, and have already reported this issue to the FTC and other relevant authorities. I do not recommend working with this company — please be cautious before doing any business with them "

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company misled me into paying an outrageous amount for a website, promising quality and service that never lived up to expectations. When I decided to move my site elsewhere, they tried to charge me $400 just to buy back my own domain—something that originally cost $40. This is nothing short of a scam, preying on people who aren’t aware of the fine print.If you’re considering working with them, be extremely cautious. Read the terms carefully and be prepared for hidden fees. There are far more honest and transparent companies out there—don’t waste your money here. "

Their web design team created a blog site that's brought me great leads, and their SEO guidance has trended my posts. Now, I'm living the blogger's dream :). I will definitely recommend these guys "

Word of advice on a company like this: Give half of the project cost upfront and DO NOT under any circumstance give the rest of the money UNTIL the project is completed. I got BURNED by Web Wolf's. They appeared to be a reputable company (David & John) UNTIL they received all the money. They wanted all the money upfront, I gave them half, then 3 days later they said "You are now in the development phase". Its a fictional phase where they say they need the rest of the money to pay the designers/builders of your site. BEWARE of this. It's a trap. Once they have all the money theirs no incentive for them to provide good customer service. This is where the games begin.After they got all the money, they got slowful. Slowful to respond to emails, texts, phone calls and development updates to my website. The service got so bad that I sent an email essentially saying "thanks for nothing" I couldn't wait on them for 4, 5, or even 6 months as some of the other reviewers state. After I sent the email, you would think that as a company, they would say something to keep you as a client. They actually never uttered a single letter in response to my email. They got what they wanted. I sent that email on 16 August 2023. Check the date of this review. Not one word. $2500 down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Webwolfs hold up to their name. When you serve honorably for your country it's unfortunate that dishonorable people benefit from that service as well. "

This was quite disappointing and left me questioning the value of their services.Furthermore, the constant calls from the salesman were a source of frustration. While I understand the importance of ongoing improvements, it felt like they were more focused on upselling rather than creating a well-defined game plan that aligned with our business needs.What compounded my disappointment was the premium pricing for their services, which, in my opinion, did not reflect the quality of the results. I had expected more in terms of service quality and value for the investment.In summary, I cannot recommend Webwolfs based on my experience. It was a disappointing engagement marked by unexpected charges, persistent upselling, and a lack of tangible results for the premium price paid. "
