Working with the Zoek team on our new nonprofit's website, branding, and marketing has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our logo, especially, came from some genuinely wild descriptions on my part, and they somehow turned that into exactly what we didn't know we needed. I am submitting this review to share my experience with Zoek, specifically regarding unresolved issues under our contract dated 03/13/2025. Despite numerous attempts to address my concerns, Zoeks responses have been inadequate. I am requesting a full refund for all services paid and clarification regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.

Communication Problems
Communication with Zoek has been disappointing. Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered.
Conclusion
Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.
