Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. A few years ago, I reached out to Heral for custom Mailchimp newsletter development based on AnnexCore's great online reviews in addition to their Mailchimp expert accreditation. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and even finished the job early with no revisions necessary.I refreshed our newsletter a couple weeks ago and then contacted Heral to execute the project. He responded to me right away, started the task immediately and completed the project ahead of schedule once again. This design was slightly more complex than the previous one, so Heral consulted me on a few issues to remedy a minor issue I had with the design. It was another great experience working with Heral and Annexcore. I recommend AnnexCore and Heral for any email marketing consulting and will definitely be using them in the future.

Worst customer service.Went into the store to ask general questions about pricing, what they do, how they work, etc.Girls at the front did not know how to answer the most basic questions about their company and just told me to go to the website...they didn't even have the common sense to pull up the website and show me what they do...I could not get the most basic answers for the most basic questions I had for them.If an advertising company has awful customer service from the get go...just WOW. Horrible experience.PS. "award winning advertising agency" with a 3.4 rating on google...fantastic. Also reading the other reviews, this is a common theme. The girls at the front desk are ABSOLUTLY THE WORST. Very RUDE.
