We highly recommend Refuge Marketing - they were able to help us get an action plan together quickly to start generating leads. Although we had been publishing high quality content about 2x week, we were not seeing the same response rate this year and business had slowed quite a bit. We are a small, local business and did not have a huge marketing budget, so we could not afford to hire them as full-time marketing team. Instead of turning us away, they offered us an affordable alternative with the 30-day Marketing program that we could implement ourselves with support from their team.The program taught us that new social media algorithms replaced the old ways of self promotion on social media for our business category, Landscaping (as well as many other service-based businesses) and taught us how to play in the new world. Key to the program was how to engage the audience with actionable content and increase visibility and lead acquisitions through call-to-actions, hooks, gifting information, frequency, timing and platforms. The course additionally provided a a means to get organized, along with way to track and schedule posts.We immediately saw an increase in responsiveness from new and former clients! We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.
