After recently having our new website designed by Stephen I am very keen to get the word out about not only his abilities to create a fantastic looking site but also his abilities to listen and communicate in a highly professional manner. The reason I first contacted Stephen was as a result of being let down by another company who promised the earth and didn’t deliver. I decided that I needed to start again and find a company or individual who truly cared about creating a new site for my business. Upon first contacting Stephen I was immediately impressed with his level of knowledge and the way he made very informed suggestions in a ‘non pushy’ way (this is very important to me). After explaining to Stephen that we had previously been let down and that I was looking for someone to drive new ideas forward in a creative timely manner he responded in all the right ways. I was keen not to go for a huge agency…I wanted a more personal service from somebody who I could discuss things with as and when it was required. This is exactly what I got from Stephen from the word go. After explaining my brief to Stephen he got to work on designing our new website. As a garden design and build company we were keen to have a site designed that carefully walked potential clients through our design process and gave them the opportunity to view our portfolio in an easy to navigate method. Stephen was fully on board to not only create an aesthetically pleasing site but also to create a very well coded site that would naturally help improve Google rankings. The whole process was so stress free from start to finish which is a rarity indeed. I believe that when somebody actually listens to what you would like to achieve and then uses common sense coupled with an injection of their own creativity it makes the process a very enjoyable one.
