I don't think this group deserves even one star. After numerous calls to different numbers - none of which were answered - I couldn't even leave a message! Recording told me to make note of the operating hours (8am-5pm, and I called at noon), yet they were not open, nor could I leave a message. I'm fed up when I don't get a paper and I get home from work at 11am and I have no way to resolve the issue when there is no answer and no way to leave a message, even during stated hours of operation. We often do not report a missing paper, nor the times when, on Wednesday or Sunday, we received the Chicago paper instead of the Milwaukee one.We were already unhappy with how much my 35+ year subscription has gone up; unfortunately the customer service has gone down at the same rate. We were on the fence whether or not we should discontinue this (often farce of a) paper, and this may have been the deal breaker. I don't want today's paper on Thursday, since I won't be able to tell you about my missing Tuesday paper until Wednesday. And it's hard to know if we'd actually received a "refund."I'm not holding my breath to see if I get any useful response instead of lame standard meaningless excuses.Very sincerely,Janet C. Gyurina
No customer service, I made 4 or 5 phone calls. I had to leave a voice message for all of them. I'm old school I want to talk to a person. I don't want to do business on line. Only 1 person called me back and it was a week later! I don't know how they stay in business. This is exactly why I canceled my subscription to the Kenosha News.

My husband told me to hang up because he was very disrespectful. So I hung up then he called me back and started calling me more names saying Friday I’m so sorry that we couldn’t make this work out for you but your company will get no where. So I hung up again then he called back again but I never answered. Then he proceeded on leaving me a text. His text read Best of LUCk Mondae😂…. I was just Joshin you.. Good luck figuring all this out. Very unprofessional. Than I we called to complain to upper management but they didn’t seem to concerned about how their employee treated me. Save your money there is company’s out there that don’t need to bad mouth other companies or lie about what they are where you should be with the platform. Because the senior analyst also told me that he would have my business up there within days unlike the other company I had for 2 months all ready going on 3 and that company should of had me on the top by now. I researched it and it does take several months to get up there. So new companies don’t believe what apex people have to tell you they are ok with their employees lying to you not only once but several times just to get your business. Totally wrong to take advantage of new smaller companies you should be ashamed of yourselves. Then when I was talking to the woman supervisor I asked to talk to his supervisor her response was I can let his supervisor know but that’s all I can do. Horrible first time experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful all the way around.

Had a great discussion with Corey about my site and the opportunities to grow it. He said he was going to talk to his team and get back to me the following week with marketing ideas to move it forward. It was a really productive discussion.He never contacted me again. I sent an email to get things going. No response. Dude ghosted me.I personally wouldn't trust this company to do anything for me.
We had an emergency situation with our website, I called WebCitz and Corey answered the phone. We had worked with them years ago and hoped they still would remember us so they were our only hope! I've worked with Webstix in the past so when an organization I work with needed a new website I recommended Webstix. Over a period of several months, Webstix listened to what we were looking for and provided us with a finished website that meets our needs. There were few adjustments along the way but we were very satisfied with their professionalism.
Working with Webstix has been one of the best decisions I've made for my company. They built an amazing website for my insurance agency that exceeded my expectations. Karthick, the project manager, is highly skilled and added everything I needed to my website. He responds in a timely manner and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Webstix to anyone looking to start a website from scratch or needing maintenance done
I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this case I felt I had to so others don't go thru what we did with Webstix. We hired Webstix to do a complete rebuild of our e-commerce site. We provided them with examples of what we liked and didn't like. None of that seemed to matter as they designed something completely different. There were delays and design issues the entire way. What we discussed and what they designed were two different things. There were many mistakes that should not have happened, like awful customization options that were not user friendly or intuitive, it was alarming to me at one point to have the account of another one of their customers showing on our account so we could see their products and sales and not ours, and customers could not figure out how to checkout. At one point (after they launched our site) our shipping was so messed up it showed $2,000 to ship a small box across town. Our sales revenue tanked with the new design and we had to start from scratch again rebuilding our site to salvage our online sales with our own design. The owner did not reply to my emails or phone calls and I only saw him when money was due. I was so disappointed as we love supporting other local businesses but our experience with them was awful and costly.
