Today I watched that happen at Pro Web and SEO. I could just write that this company provided me with an exquisitely designed business card and postcard. It did. However, I worked in the advertising industry for decades and know that other companies can design beautiful marketing materials. What I think is far more important is that Pro Web and SEO showed integrity today along with their high-end design talent. Integrity in a company is not so easy to come by today when profit often trumps principles. When Pro Web and SEO learned that a remote designer they had hired failed to complete the work I had paid him to do, they called me to let me know that the designer was no longer with the company. They promised to complete the work the previous designer had failed to complete and do whatever it took to satisfy me. And they lived up to their word, immediately. They did a beautiful job and they earned my trust. Trustworthiness is another characteristic in short supply today. So, while there are lots of talented designers, I found a design company with integrity and talent - one I can trust. That is worth a lot.

This company is very quick to take your money but super slow with refunding it. I wanted to try their service, and I was misled about the additional fee for displaying the listings in Calgary. I was told that the CREA DDF will show the listings, but in reality, I'd need a Pillar9, which is an extra fee. I was promised a refund of all the fees I had paid if I was not satisfied. I signed up on June 24 and sent my first cancellation email on July 7. The second email was sent on July 18, and the third one was sent on July 21. I talked to Olga a few times always promised that the refund would be issued shortly. Nothing happened, and to my surprise, they charged me another monthly fee on July 24. I called Olga the same day and again promised a refund. I'm on the phone calling my c/c provider to complain now. I don't need this aggravation and wasted time. I'm not impressed. These guys are smart but fairly selfish and will hold you hostage and lock you in. They may build on WordPress but will restrict your account and hide features. They will use a similar template throughout so your pages are not unique and will not rank as well as they could. This also makes it really hard to change and update the pages at a later date. If I'm building a website I'd expect full access to my website. They will hook you into thier hosting which is just Siteground, which is meh at best. If you have an Ads account they will bill you with a mark up. This is the exact thing you should run from. All businesses should own their assets. Don't get locked in by these guys. And oh! This is a real review!
