THEY WERE DEPOSITING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.I HAD TO TELL THEM OVER 4 MONTHS THAT NO ONE SHOULD TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND MY APPROVAL BUT THEY STILL DID IT AND I HAD TO BLOCK AND CHANGE MY BANK INFO. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ALMOST FELT LIKE I AM DEALING WITH A SCAM.

Horrible customer service! No support from billing or tech support. It is not at all what the web page was purported to be, there is no dashboard to make simple changes, and billing is a joke. No one answers their calls except sales. Very slick presentation and you are stuck with bills that keep coming-BEWARE. I have been with them over 2 years and we are sold on the fact that the website is always ours.
