Unacceptable service. A lot of money for a mediocre site, which was not even delivered in the agreed time. Although the money given did not include services, which are essential for the good functioning and efficiency of a website, such as SEO and Hosting and additional money was requested for these services and when asked what exactly they provide for the money they give us they initially asked, the answer was design and configuration, and while the contract stated the provision of hosting, they told me that there was a mistake in the wording. In addition, I experienced great difficulty in contacting them on the phone as they did not return calls. Overall very dissatisfied with our cooperation. Fortunately we are now gone from that company and now have a great site, it's just sad that we "threw" so much money away.

Not only did your initial promises not live up to reality, but our performance was significantly reduced because of this partnership.Before our partnership, our website maintained a ROAS of 4.8, while during the partnership with your company, the ROAS dropped to 1.5. Even though the data was clear, your company attributed this failure to the website setup, ignoring past results and placing blame that is not justified.Furthermore, you asked for €300 for website changes, which I completed myself within 2 hours, demonstrating a lack of willingness on your part to provide real value. This attitude reflects a lack of professionalism and meaningful support.Furthermore, the campaigns you ran had absolutely no effect, and although this was evident early on, no changes or adjustments were made. It is unthinkable for a marketing company to continue with a failed strategy without considering other approaches or responding to the needs of their client.Finally, I should note that we had to wait 20 days to get an answer to a question we had about the campaigns. This lack of communication is not just unacceptable; it is indicative of the overall irresponsibility we have faced in this partnership.We find our experience with social mind to be extremely disappointing on all levels. Instead of receiving meaningful solutions and support, we were faced with excuses and additional charges, which not only did not help our performance, but significantly hurt it. This collaboration did not meet even our minimum expectations
