I´m very happy to recommend IFlair to anyone looking for great web development support. I´ve been working with one of their lead developers Nimesh and other IFlair staff that support and work with him for 3 or 4 years now.I run a small digital marketing agency in the UK and most of our staff work remotely, so IFlair staff quickly became part of the team without any issues. If extra skills or people are needed they have it in house. I can gear up or gear down the amount of hours I contract for flexibly, to match the ups and downs of my business.If anyone is ever off sick or on holiday then they have colleagues who can jump in and support. Far easier and more productive than the years I spent working through many different freelance developers who could be too busy or disappear just when a project really needs them.To top it off their office hours (or at least our developer´s) are tilted towards European hours for the work we do, so we can work together and jump on calls whenever needed throughout the day.Fully recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.

Jignesh’s profile showed he went to MIT in fact it’s Mumbai Institute of Tech but the logo used was the real MIT.When he needs the sale he is very ready to provide service but after I am being told he doesn’t have time for me and I am treated as a low level customer.At the end my custom software still requires some updating and they only provide 30 minute calls which they’re late to and it’s not enough.I am not heard. My needs aren’t being met. I just need more service, please.

They are the worst software development company you might ever come across. My experience was garbage. I wish there was an opportunity to give 0 star. Believe me, they are extremely bad at what they do. You need to avoid this company completely. Do yourself a favour, look for a highly competent and responsible company to do your work for you. The reviews on here are from their own employees or folks they hired to review for them. My review is authentic because they actually did a ob for me and it was one of the worst decision of my life. They took my money without completing their task. The part they completed malfunctioned terribly. I had to hire new engineers to fix their incompetency! Run away from them!!!
