With the questionnaire that kicked off our discovery, we were able to capture what we were looking for and it was clearly understood as we went into our first review and really liked what we saw. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site.
