I want to share my experience so others are aware of the tactics this company uses. I was first contacted via an unsolicited spam text message promoting app development services. I had never heard of this business before, nor did I request any information from them. To see who was really behind the spam, I replied with a simple question about app pricing. The next day, I was contacted directly by this company.What was most concerning is that they tried to claim I had emailed them asking for their services — which is completely false. I never sent them an email or initiated any legitimate contact. The only reason they had my information was because of their own spam outreach. This is both misleading and dishonest.Professional companies do not need to resort to spamming strangers or fabricating stories about how potential clients found them. This type of behavior demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a business cannot be upfront and honest during the very first interaction, it raises major red flags about how they would handle a client’s project, communication, data, and money over time.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Trust is one of the most important parts of choosing a development partner, and unfortunately, their conduct showed me they are not worthy of that trust. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to be cautious and look elsewhere for reputable professionals.

The worst experience with the company. First they will call you and will ask you to go for 2 hours exam just like a half yearly or annual exam conducted during school time. After that they will ask you to wait for long. The interviewer will come and will ask only about your past company to attain it's strategies to move ahead and then they will ask you to go as we have a negative results regarding you. They will make you feel comfortable as if you will be selected and then the interviewer himself will be unsecured after seeing your profile, aa you are going to be a threat to them. As of now, they are not having any urgent requirements but calling you to waste your precious time only. Prefer not to go for an interview over here.

I was approached directly by this company’s recruiter with what seemed like an exciting opportunity. During our conversation, there was no mention that the hiring process (or even the eventual job security) would depend entirely on a third-party client’s decisions. The recruiter presented the company as having “lots of projects,” implying a strong internal pipeline and solid opportunities.After an enthusiastic call on Friday, we agreed to move to the next stage on Monday, including technical meetings and deeper discussions. The recruiter was so eager to proceed that they even asked for my WhatsApp number to speed up communication. Yet at 4 AM on Monday, I received an email stating that the position had been put on hold because “the client decided to stop searching for now.”It’s hard to believe that a serious company would schedule calls, ask for my personal contact details, and express such urgency on Friday—only to cancel everything on Monday with such a flimsy excuse. Who gets critical project updates from a client over the weekend, anyway? This shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for candidates’ time and trust.Transparency and respect are fundamental in any recruitment process. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company’s practices to anyone.

This company is illegitimate. Someone close to me was offered a job without an interview, and there have been numerous red flags. They sent a fake check (from a closed bank account and signed by “Long Live”) to buy needed materials for the job. Luckily we were smart enough not to provide any information or click on any email links.Stay away! I have tried numerous times to make contact with someone legitimate in the company but haven’t heard anything.

Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all.
