We worked with PictureLab to create 13 videos, both animated and live action. Their team was extremely professional and accommodating. They had excellent communication and were involved throughout every stage of the project. They were very accommodating when changes were needed, and they offered creative solutions to keep the project efficient. We really enjoyed our experience working with PictureLab, and we love the final videos. They are great people to work with, and I highly recommend them.

We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.

Inovit created a terrific animated explainer video for us. Every aspect of the video and creation process was professional and high quality. Worst customer service.Went into the store to ask general questions about pricing, what they do, how they work, etc.Girls at the front did not know how to answer the most basic questions about their company and just told me to go to the website...they didn't even have the common sense to pull up the website and show me what they do...I could not get the most basic answers for the most basic questions I had for them.If an advertising company has awful customer service from the get go...just WOW. Horrible experience.PS. "award winning advertising agency" with a 3.4 rating on google...fantastic. Also reading the other reviews, this is a common theme. The girls at the front desk are ABSOLUTLY THE WORST. Very RUDE.
