Due to COVID-19, my company needed a professionally produced video to support a trade show that had "gone virtual." My combustion engineering business is very technical and we needed a video about a breakthrough new product we were marketing to Utility Power plants worldwide. Andy Linda took the time to thoroughly understand the principles that made the product work and therefore he was able to creatively contribute to presenting our subject with the very limited footage and photographs we had available. He then wrote and edited a program, including animation, which explained the product better than I could have. In fact, when my customers watch the video they discover new applications for the product! eIMAGE helped me create the perfect sales tool.

We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.

Inovit created a terrific animated explainer video for us. Every aspect of the video and creation process was professional and high quality. They have excellent storyboarders, writers, translators (we created another language version), and animators. The communications with the staff were seamless and prompt. Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone. Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.

Read there yelp reviews. We had a very successful event here, but once a problem about contract terms arose this team caused an uproar and trying to hold our equipment hostage to enforce an uncharge for storage. Very Criminal like and illegal. They ended up letting the doors open after a long day. But they are a mature group of immature business people.
