We recently hired Knack Video + Photo for a photo and b-roll shoot, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I came in with a clear vision and a detailed inspiration board, and they nailed it. I had done a lot of pre-planning, but once Knack arrived, I was able to hand it all over and trust them to take it from there. They even handed me an iPad during the shoot so I could see the shots as they were being taken. Such a simple but brilliant touch that made the whole process feel super collaborative. The turnaround time on the edits was incredibly fast, and when I saw the final product, my jaw literally dropped. It was exactly what I had envisioned—and somehow even better. Working with the Knack team was a dream from start to finish. I enjoyed the experience so much that I’ve already booked them again for an upcoming event. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

tl;dr - professional + personal = praiseworthy Our parish is part of the Diocese of Joliet restructuring plan. We were hosting a listening session where a diocesan representative would come to share information about the plan for our feedback. We wanted to livestream the session for those who couldn't attend as well as archive it to our website, so we looked for a company experienced in video production Searching around, I found Brad at BP Video. I chose him because he was local as well as having experience producing video at a local Christian church. We had our initial meeting to walk-through and explain what we hoped to achieve, especially as this was a 1st time event for both of us. He has many ideas as though would be a challenging shoot - the speaker would be nearly fifty feet away and we'd have to shoot while remaining out of the view of the participants. Brad and his team was able to accomplish this for a very reasonable cost I can't recommend Brad and his team at BP Video highly enough - in addition to their skills, they are faith-filled men. To me, this adds immeasurable value to the work they do

I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone. Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.
