Our experience with Miquel Serrat and Lin Englund, managers of The Web Master, has been very negative. As another client has already shared publicly, we have also experienced the same situation: we paid for the contracted services and did not receive what we agreed upon.Given the lack of response and solutions from the company, we are preparing the corresponding complaints. We would like to warn future clients that, if they decide to contract with Miquel Serrat, Lin Englund, and The Web Master, they should do so with extreme caution, as in our case, we lost money without receiving the promised service.

I chose this agency because apparently, as you can see from their website which is available in different languages, they work internationally and they can speak both English and German. I booked an appointment through their automated system to discuss my project but I never received a link for the meeting. I called them but the receptionist has no English and told me that her colleague was going to be available after 10 minutes (I have basic Spanish so I can communicate, just not good enough to discuss a marketing project). They never answered my other phone calls, they never sent me a link for the meeting, they never replied to my emails, they never emailed me saying that the meeting was cancelled. HORRIBLE AGENCY.
