They fired me for developing a website for my friend from my own home using my personal computer. I clarified that I never used any of the company's equipment or worked during company hours. In response, they claimed that I was only able to create websites because of the knowledge they provided me, saying, "We taught you, and now you're earning by developing websites for others."Later, they fabricated a case against me, claiming that I caused a loss of around 40 Lacs to the company. Not only did they withhold my last month's salary, but they also kept my college marksheet, which I had submitted as collateral. The craziest part was that I wasn't the only one they fired; they had marksheets, graduation certificates, and other documents from employees stored away in their cupboards.It's been more than 5 years, but I still cannot forget what they did. I despise them for their actions, and the way they treated me. This experience left me feeling depressed and broken, but I want to remind everyone reading this: No one has the power to control anyone’s rizq (income).As Allah states in the Quran:"And no soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing and All-Aware." — Quran 31:34This verse is a reminder that our sustenance and future are in Allah’s hands, and not in the hands of anyone else. Despite the hardships we face, our path is ultimately guided by Him, and He is the ultimate controller of all aspects of our lives.Additionally, we are reminded of the Day of Judgment, where everyone will be judged for their actions. Allah says:"Indeed, to Us is their return, and indeed, upon Us is their reckoning." — Quran 88:25-26This verse serves as a reminder that no one escapes accountability for their actions, and every soul will be judged fairly by Allah in the afterlife. Our ultimate reward or consequence is based on the choices we make in this world.

I recently attended an interview at CoderKube Technologies, and I'd like to share my impressions of the experience.First and foremost, I observed that the company's management system appeared to be lacking in structure and organization. It felt as though there was room for improvement in terms of how they manage their operations and recruitment processes.One notable aspect of the interview was that CoderKube Technologies seemed to be seeking candidates with a broad range of skills while offering compensation that might be considered on the lower end. They were looking for candidates with five or more additional skills beyond the core requirements, which could be a challenging expectation for many candidates.Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to explore the company in-depth beyond the interview process. However, based on my initial impressions, there may be areas where CoderKube Technologies could enhance its management and recruitment practices to create a more positive experience for both potential employees and the company itself.
