My experience with WebFx has been absolutely horrible. I have worked with WebFx for the past three months and they have not been able to deliver anything. I completely understand that SEO takes time and we expect it to take months. However, the content we have recieved does not pass ai checkers like GPTZero (which WebFx uses), the pages they have been publishing (6 pages in 2 months) have no meta descriptions, SEO title, images have wrong alt text and titles, I have been in countless meetings and everything there is something new that goes wrong. It is like working backwards. Complete opposite of what we were promised during the sales call. There are a bunch of add-ons that small businesses do not need but the sales people essentialy force you to add them because that is "part of the package". You get charged an insane amount and only 50% of it may go towards actual SEO. And you will be stuck with a vague contract that you cannot get out of. Save your money, learn SEO on your own or hire someone in house.

Scott Botkins was referred to me by Anne Shannon of Anne Shannon Graphic Design, whose website was developed by Scott. At the time, I was with a web design firm that was extremely unreliable with both the work they performed, as well as with their follow up. More often than not, phone calls and emails went unreturned and when requests for changes and revisions were finally performed, they were often incomplete or incorrect. I was in desperate need of a reliable company that I could count on to manage and maintain my website. When I first spoke with Scott Botkins he was extremely generous with his time, as well as patient with my litany of questions. Immediately after speaking with him, I decided to take a chance and make Scott Botkins my new web designer. I have to say, after about 1.5 years in business, this is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my company. There are just I few criteria I expect from people and companies I choose to do business with—I look for those who are honest, have strong work ethics and are accountable—which means they do what they say they are going to do. In the short time I’ve worked with Scott, he has proven himself to be all of these things and more. He always meets his promised deadlines; he always returns calls and emails; and best of all, when he gives me a quote for how much something will cost, he always meets that figure or comes in under budget. There are never any surprises when working with Scott and the final product of his efforts is absolutely top notch. I now have a much better and more-effective website that I spend very little time working on/worrying about. Scott has proven to be a wonderful and invaluable resource for my company and I would have no reservations recommending them to anybody needing a website developed and/or managed for their company or organization.
