WordPress Review from Joann Chang

The first time I had my initial consultation with Lucas, I knew he was the one for the job. At the time, I had already fired 3 other web developers because of their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, lack of quality, and not understanding my vision. Lucas went above and beyond in delivering the website the way I wanted. He would take extra time out of his normal hours to go over any edits and changes I needed knowing I can be a perfectionist with design/look/feel of a website as an artist. I'm very satisfied with his services. He's the best and I'm hiring him to do my SEO for my website. Also his services are affordable for the quality they deliver. Highly recommend!

Where to start. I was most impressed with the caliber of professionalism from Lucas Scott who from the very beginning of the project took my ideas and made them a reality. His patience, understanding, and encouragement made my website one of the very best I've seen yet within this filed. He listened intently to my recommendations and filled in the blanks with probing questions so that he could fully understand what I needed and wanted. The look and feel of the website is state of the art, beautiful and catchy. When I needed changes to be made, they were made immediately, without hesitation and done professionally. I was most impressed by the ideas and recommendations Lucas made and they were right on target. Because I valued his expertise, I decided to add a full year of support with an option to extend. His company has a full 5-star rating in every category!

Mobile App Development Review from MaryRuth Ghiyam

Kaizen Apps is developing a mobile app for us. We provided information to jump start the project, and they gave us samples of similar projects they've done to give us an idea of what to expect. They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.

Web Development Review from Vadim Kagan

Our company hired Kaizen Apps to develop our site backend database and front-end. They did a fantastic job. The site was fully coded, from start to finish. It wasn't on WordPress, wix, etc. It also needed to contain a database. There were so many guidelines to follow that I was impressed that each was fulfilled with ease. I was impressed by the ability of receiving a fully working site and also having received SEO & Google Ads setups. An all-around company.

Kaizen Apps provided a full redesign of our website and recreated it in WordPress in a fashion where we can easily make changes without them. Website redesign included homepage development, some coded items to reflect our framework, design ideas to display unique value propositions and many solutions page. The team was responsive and delivered in a timely fashion when we wanted launch to be beginning of the year. The website redesign as offered us a fresh look to reflect our updated solutions/services. It has also helped us on the backend to easily make some changes ourselves. The quick-turn around on requests and design items. Also Kaizen Apps availability to hop on a call - which at times was late at night when we were trying to meet a deadline. Very flexible and their team was committed to pulling it which exceeded my expectations. Kaizen Apps is also very clear on what is feasible, what is not, and price points accordingly - straight shooter - which was very helpful as we were developing ideas.

We worked with Cidersoft to port our main website from Drupal 7 over to Next.js and a custom CMS backend. This was a heavy lift and they were instrumental in helping us accomplish the website launch on the new tech stack in the timeline we were looking for. They are responsive to changes in requirements and goals while also providing good feedback if they know of a better, more appropriate way of doing things. Pleasant to work with, good people. Overall, big thumbs up, would recommend.
