Mobile App Development Review from George McKerrow

ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Web Design Review from Dan Ferguson

I employed the services of Gologonow to create a Website for my Company, DCF & Associates Inc. I had seen a couple of negative reviews about their work and pricing? As far as I am concerned this Company could not have provided better Customer Service. They promptly replied to all my emails and Zoom Meeting requests. Like with most Projects, there was a couple of bumps along the way. However, all of my concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. As far as the pricing is concerned, Gologonow provides an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Gologonow for anyone wanting to create a very impressive and professional Website. As my Company and Services continue to grow, I will be looking to Gologonow to enhance my already great Website. Great Work Team!Sincerely,Dan Ferguson, President, DCF & Associates Inc.

Mobile App Development Review from MaryRuth Ghiyam

Kaizen Apps is developing a mobile app for us. We provided information to jump start the project, and they gave us samples of similar projects they've done to give us an idea of what to expect. They provided a detailed scope of work that was over 100-pages long. We had several exchanges back and forth to tweak requirements for a few weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.

Web Development Review from Vadim Kagan

Our company hired Kaizen Apps to develop our site backend database and front-end. They did a fantastic job. The site was fully coded, from start to finish. It wasn't on WordPress, wix, etc. It also needed to contain a database. There were so many guidelines to follow that I was impressed that each was fulfilled with ease. I was impressed by the ability of receiving a fully working site and also having received SEO & Google Ads setups. An all-around company.

Web Design Review from Kenneth Barrett

Kaizen Apps provided a full redesign of our website and recreated it in WordPress in a fashion where we can easily make changes without them. Website redesign included homepage development, some coded items to reflect our framework, design ideas to display unique value propositions and many solutions page. The team was responsive and delivered in a timely fashion when we wanted launch to be beginning of the year. The website redesign as offered us a fresh look to reflect our updated solutions/services. It has also helped us on the backend to easily make some changes ourselves. The quick-turn around on requests and design items. Also Kaizen Apps availability to hop on a call - which at times was late at night when we were trying to meet a deadline. Very flexible and their team was committed to pulling it which exceeded my expectations. Kaizen Apps is also very clear on what is feasible, what is not, and price points accordingly - straight shooter - which was very helpful as we were developing ideas.

Startup Review from Helen Guzenko

Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start. They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
