118Group assisted us with our organization's rebranding project, creating a new logo and website for our nonprofit. They were excellent to work with, patient (it was a longish process which was completely due to our side's slowness in decision making), and proactive with communication. We were thrilled with all of the design work! Their development team hit a small glitch as they had to incorporate a separate software package we'd purchased and that presented some challenges, but they were able to solve the problems and integrate the software smoothly into the rest of the website's design. We have received so many compliments on the new site since it launched last month! (I should add that one of the reasons we selected 118Group was because one of our members had previously used them for a similar project and was equally delighted with the results.) Thank you to Dylan, Greg, Marly, and the entire 118Group team!

Arkenets an early stage start-up hired Web Design Boston (WDB) to primarily design a web site. Along the way, we realized, we needed to consider branding as well.I would use WDB again and recommend WDB to organizations looking to create a web site, as well as, develop branding. I was very impressed with WDB’s process which was evident in my early prospecting discussions and followed throughout the project. Gil is very knowledgeable and his approach highlights this. I found the team to be very knowledgeable and adept at managing the project; through well run meetings and the use project management tools. In times of conflict, I found WDB to be very professional, easy to work with, yet at the same time challenging us - whether to drive clarity or adhere to our agreed upon schedule.I was very impressed with Gil, Vidushi and Li. They were responsive to our needs and managed us well, which was not easy.Finally, our project stayed on budget and we had very good communication about progress towards the budget. I've visited here as a part of a UW course and I really love the space and staff. From the front desk person to the people giving us a tour around the place, they were all very nice and friendly. It's also decorated really well and really clean. They have this great wall art area by the front desk.
