UI/UX Design Review from michelle G

The quality has been excellent. Working with Nurency has been really good. We come to them with ideas and they work through the processes. After some back and forth, they improve upon what we gave them. We dont have any quantitative data because we havent fully deployed the solution. The project management has been great as well. The person we dealt with was on top of everything. They kept up to date with timeline and budget concerns. We used some tools during the design process, but nothing was set.

UI/UX Design Review from Rohan S

We provided Nurency with our idea and vision of what we wanted to accomplish, who the users of our platform would be, what value we wanted to provide to each user, and what features we wanted to implement. After that, nurency held a series of workshops, where we put together a list of features, inputs, and outputs. Based on that, they were able to give us the flow and options for the UX, as well as what the screens would look like. Their team also engaged with our potential customers; they had interviews with them to validate our business plan, including the features and functions. They gave us feedback on the value that our customers were looking for as well. They were able to map everything out in the UI/UX using Figma.

UI/UX Design Review from Andreas Birnik

Nurency is providing us with UI/UX design services. They're optimizing our existing solution and all its underlying constraints. The team has worked with our technical and engineering teams to ensure they understand the challenges of our backend and then interpreted what we needed for the frontend design. We started with a UX research phase where we did outreach to existing customers, and they worked to go through our existing UX to map out all the essential features that needed to be deployed.

Small Business Review from Eric Owings, EA, CHFP, CSPPM

Steer clear. It took 6 days for an article to even generate, and then it wouldn't post, returning a 401 error. The CEO was a complete jerk about it, and was so concerned about the tone of my email he never even addressed the issue. I'm using GrandRanker, and it's MUCH better. Cheaper, too. Cost was rated because I was on a free trial, but it was canceled due to being completely worthless and a terrible customer service experience.
