I used Q4Launch when I owned a bed and breakfast. I sold the B&B in May 2024 at which time I properly finished paying my monthly expenses and notified them in a timely manner as per Q4 guidelines. Suddenly, in November 2024 Q4 started billing me $325 for monthly services. They billed me again in December and January. I have been sending emails and calling for over a month now trying to get refunded with no success. Nobody answers the phone and now I got charged $325 again for February. I had to call my bank and pay $33 for them to stop the charge. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service!

This is my first vehicle wrap and I have to say it couldn't have gone any smoother. Starting with Sue on day 1, to Trent in design and then Cody and his installation team. Such a great experience. They ALL did such an amazing job on my 2018 Silverado. I wanted to honor my Dad and his 1975 Chevy pickup with the two tone Red and White. They ABSOLUTELY nailed it. They took their time to carefully remove the manufacturer stripes, emblems and glue, and even installed the new emblems for me. It came out amazing. It's like driving a new truck all over again. I will never go any where else and I will ONLY recommend Wraps Ink. Thanks to all of you who made my idea to honor my Dad a reality.

According to Google Ads support, my business was essentially invisible online—what they called a “ghost listing”—because Motivated never caught that I had two conflicting GBP listings. That mistake alone made my entire campaign worthless.I spent over $800 on ads (plus their management fee) with zero return, all because they couldn’t be bothered to set things up correctly. When confronted, they admitted fault, blamed “Google issues,” and promised to reimburse my ad spend to “save face.” I have the email confirming this. That was weeks ago.
