As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

I used this firm several years ago when I was a sole trader and found them very helpful, but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I signed up again when I started a new company, and it’s been very frustrating. Constant mistakes that I’ve had to spot and correct myself, nearly impossible to get hold of anyone consistently. Every time you speak to someone different, and they never seem to have any background on your situation, so you’re left repeating yourself.Be very careful before signing up. You get locked into a 24-month contract, and there’s a fee leave early. Definitely not the same service it once was, I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

Very poor experience, i have been follwoing up for more than 08 months for simple accouting work, which BDO's Sr manager(Adelaide Office) was not able to address. Simply delaying work without a reason. I have asked for refund, which they promised and never paid back. Stay away at all cost.
