The staff are great, they’ve helped us out through a few tough times, during Austerity and Covid, and also offered help above and beyond what you would expect, for instance: personal issues with HMRC (getting through to them when I couldn’t) and on issues such as Student Loans and Mortgages. We got tripped up at nearly every stage and received little to no help. At one point we almost thought we would have to lose the company. They do everything last minute and are terrible to work with. If you value your time, confidentiality and money as a business/entertainer. absolutely avoid like another reviewer suggested. I had been incredibly patient with basic errors being made that became consistent once I internally complained they dropped me as a client. Prior, I had little contact with an actual accountant and more with a trainee/junior during my time with them. No accountability or communication when asked why. Do yourself a favour and pay for a more premium service. Sharks, now obligated to pay penalties due to them abruptly ending my service. AVOID!

I don’t usually write reviews but every now and then i come across an extremely good service that deserves a mention. Professional, proactive and knowledgeable. Mohit and team went the extra mile and provided more than just the run of the mill services that a lot of accountants provide. I did my due diligence on 2 other accountants at the time and i’m pleased to say that Cloud not only impressed during the initial stages but also on delivery. The other accountants were just an “admin” service. Without sounding arrogant i have enough skills with a calculator and experience of completing online forms to do without them. Mohit and team provide a proper “value added” service with advice to boot.

I used this firm several years ago when I was a sole trader and found them very helpful, but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I signed up again when I started a new company, and it’s been very frustrating. Constant mistakes that I’ve had to spot and correct myself, nearly impossible to get hold of anyone consistently. Every time you speak to someone different, and they never seem to have any background on your situation, so you’re left repeating yourself.Be very careful before signing up. You get locked into a 24-month contract, and there’s a fee leave early. Definitely not the same service it once was, I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.
