In the end the product is great which is what we want to be the base of everything we do. Our main goal is adoption. So we measure success by seeing if our marketing and brokerage teams are using the product. At least 50% of our users should be using the dashboard, that means the product is valuable for them and we are already at 75%. In other words we have already hit our adoption goal. Apart from that we have received verbatim feedback around user satisfaction for the dashboard and its features. We have 74 offices globally and most of them have given us interesting feedback. One of them even called it a game-changer. Also the level of attention Kanerika provides is awesome. Their team does their homework. They dig deep and inspect everything about the product to make sure it will last.
