So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

A person named Mikayel, number 250, orders from doordasd from 2 different points and the order takes 40 minutes. And he neither gives a tip nor thanks the person who brings it. On top of that, he asks for the order to be brought to the second floor. We and people like us do this job by taking tips to make money. If you don't give tips, we can't make money. Because we don't have a fixed salary. Doordash and similar applications work on tips. You need to show some respect and support to the employees.

The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

During the initial telephonic conversation, I clearly communicated my compensation expectations to the recruiter/HR, and they confirmed that it aligned with their budget. Based on that, we proceeded with multiple rounds — including four technical interviews and a final HR discussion — where I was selected at every stage.However, after clearing all rounds and following up for the final update, I was informed that they do not have the budget to match my expectation. This was both surprising and disappointing.👎 What Went Wrong:If the budget didn’t match my expectations, it should have been clearly communicated at the start.Proceeding with the full process only to backtrack due to budget issues is a poor experience for any candidate.It felt like a waste of time and effort on both sides.🙏 My Suggestion to the Company:Please ensure clarity from the very beginning regarding budget constraints. If the candidate’s expectation isn’t feasible, it’s perfectly okay to be upfront during the initial discussion rather than delaying the communication until the final stage. Respecting a candidate’s time and effort is key to building a good employer brand.
