AI Development Review from Jordan Sands
Krazimo built us a fully bespoke, AI-powered CRM ecosystem that completely replaced our patchwork of Salesforce and legacy EHR tooling, unifying our website, Instagram, TikTok, and email channels into one centralized lead funnel. The platform's standout layer is a set of intelligent AI agents that hold live conversations with prospects and existing patients, field initial questions, and trigger downstream automations — essentially putting top-of-funnel outreach and nurturing on autopilot while still guaranteeing an instant, high-touch response. On top of that, the system serves as our day-to-day operational backbone, with a quoting engine, inventory tracking, an integrated accounting module, and a built-in call center surfacing real-time sales activity, plus a compliant medical note-taking feature that converts clinical documentation directly into targeted marketing workflows. The measurable impact has been significant: a 15–20% lift in new leads, a 15% bump in lead conversion, and roughly 30% less manual labor across the business thanks to the automations they introduced. Their project management was genuinely outstanding — whether we reached out by phone, email, or text at odd hours, replies came back almost immediately, and they accepted every round of feedback without pushback and turned around revisions on the spot, which kept a very ambitious build on track. What impressed me most was the blend of velocity, efficiency, and unusual transparency: they custom-engineered the AI agents and automations around our specific bottlenecks rather than dropping a generic product on us, and they were refreshingly candid when something wasn't technically feasible or wouldn't deliver the result we wanted, which is rare in this space and made them feel like a real strategic partner rather than a typical vendor. Honestly, I can't point to anything I'd want them to do differently.
