I am constantly receiving emails stating shops are available to me. Tesla is an example. When checking, this shop never appears on the list. Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown.Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. But that doesn’t stop the repeated notifications they send offering the assignments. Doesn’t anyone parse these emails before wasting time sending them out to shoppers that they know, from our profiles, are not eligible to accept.Makes one wonder.

Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition.Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates.The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004.Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners.I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress.One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision.The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped.I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business.I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided.If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.
