I am constantly receiving emails stating shops are available to me. Tesla is an example. When checking, this shop never appears on the list. Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown. Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. But that doesn’t stop the repeated notifications they send offering the assignments. Doesn’t anyone parse these emails before wasting time sending them out to shoppers that they know, from our profiles, are not eligible to accept. Makes one wonder.

Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition. Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates. The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004. Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.

We strongly advise against engaging with this company, especially for outsourcing services. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating due to several key issues: 1. Unprofessional Service and Communication: From the start, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. Their responses to client inquiries were not only delayed but often dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, they seemed uninterested in maintaining a positive client relationship. Communication with them feels more like a burden rather than the collaborative process it should be. 2. Inconsistent Client Communication: There is no consistency in the way they communicate with their clients. At times, they respond promptly, but more often than not, communication is sporadic and incomplete. It’s as if they have no structured process in place for managing client interactions, which leads to unnecessary confusion and delays in project timelines. 3. Untrustworthy PartnersOne of the most concerning issues is the reliability of the company and its partners. Throughout the course of our collaboration, they failed to honor agreements, missed deadlines, and provided substandard work. It became increasingly clear that they lack transparency and integrity in their dealings. Trust, which is critical in any business relationship, was eroded quickly. The leadership of this company, particularly the Head of Business Development, is highly unprofessional. The way they handle client relationships is a clear reflection of the poor management and lack of oversight within the organization. Their attitude is not only dismissive but at times, outright rude and condescending. There is no effort to engage clients in meaningful discussions or to offer solutions when problems arise. For anyone considering outsourcing with this company, We highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. They have no clear processes in place, and their inability to deal with clients in a respectful and professional manner speaks volumes about how poorly run this organization is.

Worst company that you can deal with 1. Unprofessional service and communication with clients 2. Inconsistency in communicating with clients 3. The way they respond to their clients gives a clear indication how badly this company is led. Basically there is no clear process, extremely rude way of dealing with clients. Just take a look a the email response and the response in the comments and you will know how unprofessional this company is.

I worked here for 3 months and my experience was (contrary to the reviews below) very nice, easy going. The management accommodated my personal circumstances and provided ease into adapting to the role, support was always available as well as humour and banter from colleagues. Perfect transition job from hospitality to office roles. Bonus points for progressing employees internally to higher roles accordingly.

How did managers help with a transfer of service for a customer who left review.Because at managements rule is to never disclose that they are calling from at management,they are only to represent and use their clients name. What’s even funnier is this customer was considered special from the rest. They were not only informed it was at management dealing with their service but they even knew the real names of the managers.Another common practice is staff and managers mostly use a dummy name not their real. But in this case even that info was provided to the customer. Must be a special customer that the normal practices were broken for them and they from millions of customers even took the time to write a review lol . Everyone laugh with me.
