I've been working here for over a year now as a Junior Executive - HR, and it's been a great learning experience. I've always felt that if you're willing to learn and put in the effort, you're given the chance to grow and take on more responsibilities. Whether it's Employee of the Month, Team of the Month, Pinnacle, Maestro, or other achievements, it motivates employees and makes us feel that our hard work is noticed and valued. I'm especially grateful to my manager for the guidance and support throughout my journey and to our director for the trust and confidence he places in employees. The work environment is supportive, and everyone is encouraged to learn and grow. It's also the small things that make the workplace special,even birthdays are celebrated, and those little moments bring everyone together and make people feel appreciated. I worked here for 3 months and my experience was (contrary to the reviews below) very nice, easy going. The management accommodated my personal circumstances and provided ease into adapting to the role, support was always available as well as humour and banter from colleagues. Perfect transition job from hospitality to office roles. Bonus points for progressing employees internally to higher roles accordingly.

How did managers help with a transfer of service for a customer who left review.Because at managements rule is to never disclose that they are calling from at management,they are only to represent and use their clients name. What’s even funnier is this customer was considered special from the rest. They were not only informed it was at management dealing with their service but they even knew the real names of the managers.Another common practice is staff and managers mostly use a dummy name not their real. But in this case even that info was provided to the customer. Must be a special customer that the normal practices were broken for them and they from millions of customers even took the time to write a review lol . Everyone laugh with me.
