      I'll be honest, I came in skeptical. Offshore SDR vendors have a reputation for generic blasting and slow response times. Munzai has been the opposite. Responsiveness is where they stand out. When I need a cadence adjusted, copy reworked, or targeting updated, it gets handled quickly, without me having to follow up multiple times. For a solo commercial lead juggling a lot, that matters more than I expected. The value is hard to argue with. For a very fair price, I get dedicated outreach execution across a complex B2B pipeline. They also got up to speed faster than I anticipated. Our market has real nuance, and within a reasonable onboarding window, messaging was going out clean and on-brand.If you're a lean commercial team trying to build outreach capacity without the overhead of a full hire, Munzai is worth a serious look.

      Have been with Best Reception for 6 years. Their staff and managers have always been amazing, and they were always an integral part of my business. However, they were bought out recently and it’s not an exaggeration to say that they make mistakes on a daily basis now. EVERY DAY! Over the last 6 months, they have damaged my business immensely, messed up appointments, upset patients and are now incapable of following the most basic of instructions. Multiple, now weekly complaints from patients, patients regularly waiting over 5 minutes on hold for an appointment. It’s simply not good enough. I’ve had conversations daily with the managers to try and resolve these issues. I’ve now found an alternative, as I feel that this week was the last straw. Complaints from 2 patients about one of the receptionists being rude—a new and existing patient. It’s a shame, as they were a huge part of my business. Now, they’re losing me business and making more work for me to resolve their daily mistakes. I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one with this problem. Also, speaking to competitors has only confirmed that people have been leaving Best Reception in their droves. They are clearly trying to work on their Google reviews to mask this as much as possible, so my advice would be to read the most recent reviews for tos business.The most insidious part is that I couldn’t work out why my business was declining. I receive emails whenever there are missed calls. However, most insidiously, they have been answering all calls and then placing patients on hold for 5-6 minutes at a time—until they hang up and likely go somewhere else. I estimate that I have lost almost 50% of my business is 6 months. No accountability from this business—just empty promises of raising issues with quality control that never amount to anything. The same mistakes happen again a day later. Still trying to hold me to contract for a service that is not fit for purpose, too.UPDATE: after agreeing to give them a chance to resolve issues, partly due to their refusing to let me leave within their cancellation policy (despite all the issues), I’ve now just received the email below from a NEW patient. Best reception never even notified me about this call. They buried it. Absolutely disgraceful!“I rang the ###### number this morning as I was wanting to book an urgent appointment and register as a new client.The female who answered was very abrasive and said the ###### practice was closed...so I reiterated it was ####### I wanted. She asked for my number and then I was cut off! I waited for her to call me...but nothing. I am loathe to ring again I'm afraid, as her rudeness was not conducive to what I had hoped for from a Holistic practice, and I now need to look elsewhere, as it was urgent. Kind regards, ######”

      Sandersons, our veterinary surgery is located here. Sadly, our visit was to close our big girls eyes and tell her how much we love her for the very last time. She'd had both eyes removed due to glaucoma and ulcers and was also totally deaf. Living in a dark, silent world was distressing for her. I made the decision and Marina, at the vets, was wonderful with her. We stayed the whole time talking and stroking Lizzie until she took her last breath. I still talk about her and how beautiful she was and I'll always love her 🐾❣️We still have a boy and girl from a litter of 5 she had 9yrs ago 🐾❣️🐾

      Extremely disappointed with the overall service. We only used the service for 3 days and during that time missed approx. 56 calls, at least 28 of these were incoming jobs that were not sent to us to attend. This has been detrimental to the level of service our clients expect, and some will no longer utilise our services.Feedback from our clients was;– Had to provide details several times which was frustrating– Unable to understand the person that answered the call- The afterhours service was in a “class of it’s own”– Extremely unhappy– Phoned 3 times and still no one showed up, have gone elsewhere– The phone line was very poor- The person answering the call could not pronounce our business name correctly.They tried to cover up the loss of jobs with the excuse of an 'IT ERROR', rather than an incompetence error. A service that operates 24 hours a day however they have no IT SUPPORT on a weekend is a baffling concept.We suggested we be compensated for the loss of business and reputation, but this is not being considered. We will not recommend utilising this service, ever.

      This is an absolutely awful company and you should avoid them like the plague. Do NOT fall for the fake 5-star reviews.Their service is terrible. Call handlers are NOT high quality, and make minimal effort on the phone. We've had multiple clients come in to our premesis physically distretted, crying and angry because of how call handlers have spoken to them.This is terrible considering the very high price this company charges compared to other places, which we should have researched deeper.If you dare question their service, they'll make up every excuse under the sun and gaslight you. Provide the call audio, however? Never. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them the call needs to be set up to provide a disclaimer and record audio, they'll NEVER provide you with the audio from their calls.This is NOT a transparent service. They charge top dollar, provide the lowest quality service, and gaslight you when you dare question them.This company cost us a lot of business and I would highly recommend you reconsider using them if you are looking here for advice.
