We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. I trust them so much that I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to bring them my computers if they need to fix hardware issues. Fast turn around with status updates along the way. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
