MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend. Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

We have worked with MuteSix for the past 9 months and have had an exceptional experience. The team has remained consistent (which we are finding is rare at other agencies), engaged and responsive all while being best in class at their discipline. MuteSix provides a full service agency that is super helpful to build your business on - we started with performance marketing and are now using them for SEM and most importantly, they have been reasonably priced for these services (which has been critical for us as an early stage business). I highly recommend them.

If there was a thai bistro that could heal the soul, this is the place. Beautiful food, cozy atmosphere, and wonderfully kind service to match. Everything is authentic, even right down to the vibes. Ok so I’m obsessed with this place!!! Honestly I come to this shop center alot and I have No Clue how o missed this place before!!! But once I discovered it I became a regular ! The Thai food is super freshly made and very clean The people working here are all extremely nice and pleasant ! Great customer service beyond the absolute amazing flavors of Thai food!! I can tell you this I discovered this place about two weeks ago and ever since I been here about 6 times already!!! I love the pad Thai because they make it very tasty and just right and you don’t feel that heavy feeling after. Prices are great dishes are big and like I mentioned the people working here are super nice and the vibes here is very pleasant. They also got lunch specials between 11:30-3:30pm weekdays at $25 I just love finding these small down to earth places Where the food is great , clean and they have great service! And yes it super hard now an days to find such places even though that’s how it should be Places became rude and overpriced. SO WHEN I FIND SUCH GREAT PLACES LIKE THIS ONE I LOVE TAKING MY TIME WRITING A REVIEW FOR THEM CAUSE THEY EARN IT BIG TIME! Thank you to whom ever the owner is ! Your Place is great you will be seeing much more of me and my friends I attached some Photos Enjoy :)

This place is amazing. We go there basically every Friday. We never go anywhere else for Thai food in the Valley. I visited Thailand many times and this place is just as good. My favorite dish Pad Thai is delicious. Best appetizer is Crab Rangoon. The Larb, Crab fried rice and the curries are amazing too. Big shout out to the waitress. She‘s so attentive and just a lovely human being. Great job to the whole team!
