Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well.I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. Beware: They take 'additional' payments from your card without notice/explanation...Ive emailed them requesting explanation of unexepected charges against our credit card. Been using their Jungledisk (storage) services for quite some time (monthly billing, automatically calculated by usage) and had 'extra' amounts taken without permission from my account. Asked for an explanation and the ability to manage my 'subscriptions' but no response. Phone number not answered either. I'll be moving elsewhere. "Darren Gray's Review Sourced from Google
Interesting to read another review about a billing issue and lack of response from 5 months ago. They've now billed me twice after my subscription was cancelled and fully paid. They've twice told me they've sent emails of which I have no trace. Trying to get a response from any of their email addresses is just a joke. In desperation I've now contacted my payment card provider for a refund. Update: they've told me that they have credited out their own billing error. "Simon Westcott's Review Sourced from Google
