I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha and the North Shore Digital team for just over a year now. Since starting with them, we have seen a 50% increase in gross revenue which is absolutely astounding! In my opinion, their onboarding and client management process is second to none. You first meet with the team to discuss your business needs and expectations, then put together a marketing plan that best suits your budget. The plan is then executed via monthly meetings with your designated account exec (Sasha is wonderful!). For a new business owner, issues of business plans, financing, and product timelines were a lot to juggle. Branding is way outside my expertise. I had been mulling over the name for my yet-to-be-created publishing company for a few months. When I finally narrowed down the options, I knew what I had to do next - give Gavin a call and get his expert advice. Gavin listened very carefully. He provided insightful advice and helped me work through the rationale for selecting the brand name. In the end, it was none of the options on my list, but a variation of one. It is a clever connection of books to trees, and the tree that I had much fascination with, the famous Torrey Pine tree in La Jolla CA - the town in which the idea was born. I was so happy with it: Storrey Pine LLC. Shortly after my call, I completed a brand brief for the logo design. The brief was very simple to complete and allowed me to provide my preferences for the logo, including pictures of the true Torrey pine cones. A few weeks later, I had a slide deck in hand with nine logo options, each with its own name for easy reference, created by Bhupesh, a very talented designer. They were all strikingly beautiful - each had captured the natural beauty and majesty of the Torrey pine cone. I had a call with Gavin, who walked me through each of the images and helped me understand the design considerations - balance, symmetry, typography, and the ability for the logo to display well in black and white. I selected 2 designs from the deck for further development, along with a request for some modifications. Bhupesh did some experiments on the designs and provided a rationale for what would and would not work. The logo which I finally selected for development is called "Coniferous" and uses the print-block technique, where the pine cone and the nib are traditional while the print is modern. Next, Bhupesh very thoughtfully put together a “creative explorations” slide deck with some mockups of the logo applied to a business card, letterhead, books, and a tote bag to give me a sense of how my logo would look in real world settings. Finally, I received my brand identity kit with high-resolution images of the logo for print and business cards, as well as images for social media. Gavin and Bhupesh delivered a very high-quality product with creativity, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail. They are masters of their space and their art. I am delighted with the brand name and logo for my company.

After nearly three months of testing and $8,729 spent, StackAdapt delivered the worst performance we’ve seen on any platform. We ultimately discontinued our ads as they were losing money. Other mainstream platforms like Google and Facebook can be tested with a lower budget and consistently produce better results, making them a far smarter investment. Overall, very disappointed with StackAdapt. Their high fixed testing fees, underwhelming performance, and lack of clear expectations make it difficult to justify. There are more effective alternatives out there. Would not recommend.

I had an excellent meeting with Sean the other day. Sean showed me the CRM platform that he uses for his customers where there are so many impressive metrics to measure your business by. He showed me a sample customer who he started working with 1.4 years ago. With that in mind, I averaged all the google reviews for the first 4 years and they averaged 1.38 google reviews per month. After Sean assisted his customer utilizing his CRM, the customer now averages 7.1 google reviews / mo. and were all highly rated. His customers google reviews grew to a consistent 4.9 stars with 222 total google reviews. That is impressive and should get anyone excited to start to work with Sean. If you are serious about growing your business, your reputation to the public, and really just getting control over your customer service then Seáns CRM is for you! My own Google Review: I was in the need of a platform to manage my Google reviews and to run some marketing campaigns for my business. Sean introduced me to his CRM and gave me a tour of all the features. I decided to go ahead with his platform and so far, very pleased. The CRM handles all the Google reviews with ease and keeps my company on top of it all. I have gone from a 1 star rating to a 4.3 star rating in a matter of a month or two. Aside from that I have been able to cancel my MailChimp account as the CRM handles that function as well. The price is great so you cannot go wrong on that. I look forwards to continued learning and taking advantage of the other features soon such as the appointment scheduling.
