Catalina is hired by Walgreens to print Register Rewards after customers transactions. Catalina has done a terrible job regarding the Register Reward program at Walgreens. I would AVOID doing any type of Register Reward deals at Walgreens because of Catalinas job performance. Catalinas printers half of the time do not print the Register Reward.On July 21, 2021 I filled out a coupon claim on their website and was sent an email asking for more information on the incident. I sent Catalina more information and was sent another email explaining that the mailbox was full. On July 23, 2021 at 10:24 A.M. C.S.T I called Catalina. After 5 minutes on the phone the representative hung up on me and did not call me back.I
