We talked to numerous marketing firms across the US and most were either inept or wouldn’t talk to us because we’re a startup.When I initially contacted Ethic, I was so used to having a bad experience with other marketing firms, I bluntly said “we’re a startup that needs a lot of help with brand recognition, but we’re on a very limited budget. Can you help?”. The owner Jeff said “let’s talk”. We spent the next hour discussing our business operation and different marketing strategies. We then had a follow up call in which Jeff came prepared with a full presentation and spent the afternoon explaining each line item step by step of how to execute our short term marketing goals. He did all this on his own time for nothing in return. We do not have an agreement in place and there's no guarantee of future business when working with a startup.I can't thank Jeff and the Ethic team enough. They will be our “go to” for all our future marketing needs but it's not because of the free time they gave us, but rather their level of expertise. Our company launched service in January 2023 and currently has 400 app downloads. I will give a follow up review in one year to showcase the value of this experience. If you’re looking for a high level marketing company contact Ethic.

Like; directing the film in a limited time, getting and understanding the story about where ever place he works, handling any equipment alone (being sound and gaffer, drone pilot, writer, grips, DOP, DIT etc.) , coping with the people in the places, he works for his projects, praying like a priest for the good weather to shoot nice frames to reflect the real and nice scapes and taking care of the kids.Finally editing.and handing out the film. When I saw the promo he shot for my hometown I could not beleive my eyes it is my hometown. He was great tough and master of succeed of shooters ;))I can scream until my lungs give out "Talent".Amazing. He would better stays in the states for not to him taking over our jobs here. Gateway Off-Road Cyclists (GORC) is a local non-profit that was looking for a complete visual and architectural site overhaul as well as implementation of the open-source CRM software CiviCRM. Their team members were very resourceful and great to work with throughout the process. Looking to move the site to a Drupal/CiviCRM platform, Spry Digital was one of the only agencies in our region that specialized in CiviCRM and knew how best to leverage Drupal to suit our needs.The site theme and styling has been well received by our members and site visitors and they helped automate our membership renewal process. The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time! It was a unique experience and a great tool for solving even the most complex problems. I'm hoping to utilize it in my current role.
