ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end.After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests.The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.

We use a custom CLI that the team has been able to get accustomed to and we can now run hundreds of automated tests before deploying. Communication has been sufficiently managed over Zoom and Slack. We have a weekly standup at the start of the week and have plenty of dialog over Slack throughout the week. The team sends end of day and end of week summaries which are great to understand and track progress and the team was very quick to onboard and begin testing. We engaged TechHub (part of the AgileTech ecosystem) to supply a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience. Instead, we were provided with an intern who had not yet graduated at the time. The identification document presented to us were changed from 2003 to 2000 and the CV showed projects that the intern had never worked on. This resulted in a serious misrepresentation of both experience and identity. I strongly recommend that companies independently verify the qualifications, identity documents and employment history of any candidates supplied by TechHub or related entities. Given what we have experienced, I would also recommend independently verifying some of the other information and claims presented by the group, including their ISO certifications and the claim regarding having more than 200 developers in their website. I believe it would be prudent to confirm these directly with the relevant certification bodies and through appropriate supporting documentation.
