My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company.I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste.Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical.I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!

Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" BEWARE DATA AXLE & EXACT DATA ARE THE SAME COMPANY. WATCH OUT FOR THEM TRYING TO SELL YOU SCAM DATA FROM BOTH SIDES. Pretty hard to find a good, honest, reliable data provider these days. Requested a list over a week ago and they keep emailing to use self service options. Hard to get a human to help get any help at these places these days. Be careful these data people overload you with a bunch of bad leads [address, phone, email] then you can spend thousands mailing to OLD bad addresses you thought were legit. Then when you try to refine and get a real good updated list together nobody wants to help because the total number of LEADS drops by a lot and so does their revenue and or commission on the sale. Be very wary of the TOTAL number of LEADS this and other companies advertise. A good number of the total is bogus. then they dont want to help out even if you are able to talk to them and get a list purchased.

Writers, Proceed with CautionBased on my personal experience, I would strongly advise fellow writers to be cautious before engaging with this company. I was charged premium rates for marketing services that ultimately proved ineffective. Most of the promotional materials—including AI-generated images—bore no relevance to the actual content of my anthology, and I ended up having to write or revise much of the marketing myself.What concerned me most, however, was discovering that blog posts referencing my book were appearing alongside links to websites of an explicit or potentially malicious nature. I requested my pen name be removed from these sites, but received no cooperation.After escalating the issue, I was refunded—only after strongly insisting on a resolution. However, when my attorney attempted to serve the company with a formal request to remove remaining online references to my work, the business address listed on their website proved invalid and the documents were returned as undeliverable. This made further legal follow-up nearly impossible.Communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt that the team members used aliases or were not fully transparent about their roles. The entire situation left me disappointed and deeply frustrated.Although I did recover my funds, my pen name remains associated online with material I did not authorize, and I have no reliable means of having it removed. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.
