If there were an Olympic gold medal for dedication, Joseph Yuhnke would win it without contest. On June 28, 2025, we faced every exhibitor’s worst nightmare at the Javits Center: six critically important boxes mislabelled and lost—vanished into the abyss of a bustling expo floor. After a frustrating, dead-end journey through multiple exhibitor services desks, I accidentally ran into Joseph near the loading docks at the end of Isle 2300. He was a miracle worker. He made it his personal mission to find those boxes. Side by side, he walked the aisles with me from booth 500 to 3100—up, down, again and again, refusing to give up. But that was just the beginning. He escalated the search by personally calling the warehouse team, the loading dock crew, and even the cold storage handlers—covering every possibility, every angle. Finally, through pure grit and unwavering determination, Joseph uncovered all six boxes, mislabelled and tucked away in a refrigerated container that no one else would’ve checked in time. He didn’t stop until they were found. He didn’t let us down. He turned what could have been a disaster into a success. A million thanks Mr. Yuhnke. You didn’t just help—you saved the day.

This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. They provided the worst support imaginable and charged an absurd amount of money for a booth that looked cheap and thrown together. Communication was completely unreliable — they didn’t inform us in time about extra space for banners or branding opportunities, which was a massive missed chance to improve our presence.Our samples were dumped at the booth on the last day of the exhibition, making them useless. When we raised issues, they failed to provide any adequate solutions or meaningful assistance. It was clear they just wanted to take our money and didn’t care about delivering results.Krystal Hunter’s team was particularly unprofessional and dismissive throughout the entire process. When a partner asked if I’d recommend them, I said “no way.” I’m honestly glad they lost us and at least one other client who had a 50k+ stand booked through them.I strongly suspect they’re paying kickbacks to the trade shows to maintain their monopoly — that’s the only reason they’re still around with service this terrible. If they keep going like this, I expect them to be out of business soon. Maybe wishful thinking, but it’s how I truly feel.

If you work for them or ANY company make sure you keep receipts !!!!I was a Floater brand ambassador but was Not paid for days off like I was told . And My manager cut my sundays because I didn’t want to uber my co -worker to work. So I wasn’t even getting the hours they promised . I asked several time for HR because none of it was right and I being forced to work with someone unprofessional and didn’t see why they switched my location to hers. ( as a floater I’m a back up anyway the shouldn’t be two of us in one store ) . I loved the Lenox Best Buy store but he wouldn’t put me back there after I said I didn’t want to drive her and didn’t want to be around her longer than I need to . If anyone from. META is only here please look into 2020 companies . The proof is in Tyree text messages with Joseph Greenwell. I got fired because the same girl said I wasn’t in the store when I was. Despite the store manager and employees seeing see everyday and clock in tracker showing me at the store everyday

sadly after yesterday and today i’d have to give a one star. as i tried getting ahold of 6 people about my employment only 2 got back to me and one left me on read. through email i was constantly being called by my old name which my legal name is different. i was told at the beginning of my employment that my social security name didn’t matter that i just needed to verify myself (all my other documents showed my legal name not the old one) i included my court order for my name change as well. After i told Shaun my actual name they still sent out my fedex stuff by my old name and didn’t reply back to my email. they’re extremely unprofessional. you don’t understand how frustrating and upsetting that makes someone.
