Our directory features top ERP companies across 17 US states and has been thoroughly evaluated by our 12 executive experts using our five-step ranking criteria. As such, you can efficiently find a credible ERP partner for your needs.
Organic rankings are determined by five factors: top services, reviews, portfolio, awards/press, and team expertise. Sponsored listings pay for a placement that appears above organic positions. Sponsorship does not affect star ratings or review content - read more on our methodology page.

Customer Paradigm Reviews & Testimonials
WordPress Review from Rodney Warner
They assisted us with a highly complex custom WordPress plugin development project that powers our client's entire business. Our client was happy. We're happy. Very easy team to work with. We use Customer Paradigm anytime we need help with projects outside of our skillset. Great communication. Would recommend.
Ben's Review Sourced from Google
Worked with CP for years, but when it became apparent that they were doing little to no work on our account, (we could track when they logged in, what they did, etc.), we ended our services with them in a normal/ professional manner. Their response was to sabotage our account on their way out, turning off and pausing various campaigns and ads. Toxic masculinity at its finest.
Justin Hilty's Review Sourced from Google
Same bad experience as the other reviews elsewhere online (yelp for example). Company took a LOT of money from us to migrate our Magento site. A year later, they couldn't make it work (didn't have the technical expertise to do what they promised) and abandoned the project all together. We had to start all over from zero with a new developer. Would have sued them, but got the feeling based on conversations with the owner that the business is cratering around him anyways. I do not recommend hiring them for any kind of large project whatsoever. If you do, don't pay until it's 100% complete, or you could waste your money and precious time like we did.

Hiring Guide: How to Choose Leading ERP Consulting Services in the US
What can the top ERP companies in the US do for businesses?
A top ERP provider in the US centralizes data sources and streamlines processes to empower data-driven decisions.
Specifically, they provide guidance on selecting the best ERP vendor, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, based on the business’s structure, goals, and IT environment.
They also help diagnose current ERP systems and offer strategic roadmaps on how to resolve these issues.
Beyond advisory services, many of the best ERP consultants offer ERP system design, customization, implementation, testing, and management.
In helping businesses optimize their ERP systems, 95% report better customer experience, 90% say they reduced IT maintenance costs, and 90% increased internal productivity and efficiency.
Other benefits that organizations experience include gaining real-time data (86%), achieving regulatory compliance (83%), eliminating data silos (80%), and lowering operational costs (63%).
What kind of budgets do companies typically allocate in this industry?
Industry research reports that businesses with under $1 billion in revenue allocate 3-5% of their annual income to ERP consulting services and development. On the other hand, organizations that make over $1 billion invest 2-3% of their annual revenue due to economies of scale.
Of this percentage, businesses dedicate 10-25% to software licensing fees, 30-40% to consulting and implementation services, and 10-20% to staff training and change management.
Ongoing system maintenance and support can cost an additional 18-22% of the initial costs.
In more concrete terms, the cost of best ERP consulting firms can look like the following:
- Small businesses
- Monthly software costs: $1,700-$4,500
- Total implementation: $25,000-$150,000
- Cost per user: $7,000 on average
- Mid-sized companies
- Monthly software costs: $4,500-$6,000
- Total implementation: $150,000-$750,000
- Cost per user: $8,500 on average
- Larger organizations
- Monthly software costs: $6,000-$9,000
- Total implementation: $500,000-$2 million
- Cost per user: $7,000-$8,500 on average
- Enterprises
- Monthly software costs: Over $9,3000
- Total implementation: Over $1 million
How long does it take for a top ERP company to complete a project?
Depending on the complexity of the IT infrastructure, business processes, data migration, and project requirements, ERP projects can take anywhere between 3 months and over 18 months.
On average, you can expect discovery and planning to take 1-2 weeks and system design to take 4-6 weeks.
Development and testing may require anywhere between 1-5 months, as this stage often involves data migration and cleansing, process reengineering, and system integrations.
Deployment, user training, and change management can last between 4 and 6 weeks.
Lastly, post-implementation support will depend on your service level agreement with the ERP consulting firm. However, many offer a 2–4-week post-launch maintenance service to ensure that the entire system runs smoothly in live environments.
How to choose the best ERP consultant for your business?
To choose the best ERP consultant for your business, assess the company’s expertise in your industry, technical requirements, and business structure. Here are some steps to guide you:
- Clarify your needs
Coordinate with your internal team to define your business goals, success metrics, ERP features, technical requirements, budget, and timeline. - Search for proven experience
Identify consultants with case studies in your industry, IT infrastructure, and business structure and size, as they can provide sector-specific expertise. - Evaluate their credentials
Analyze client reviews on third-party platforms, vendor partnerships, and implementation track record to determine their reliability and credibility. - Issue a request for proposal (RFP)
Provide a business and system overview together with your scope and evaluation method in your RFP, so the consultant can better align with you on the project details. - Schedule an interview
Set up an introductory meeting with your shortlisted candidates to learn more about their selection process, implementation methodology, and post-launch support. - Choose your partner
Select a partner that balances business strategy with technology, prioritizes scalability and security, and culturally aligns with your team.
If you want a personalized list of top ERP companies that match your criteria, visit our Marketplace and submit your project details. We’ll connect you with leading firms for free!

What questions should be asked before hiring a provider?
Before hiring an ERP provider, ask the following questions to gauge project fit:
Relevant Background
- How many successful ERP implementations have you accomplished? What are the quantifiable business outcomes?
- Can you share case studies of ERP projects similar to my requirements?
- Can you share client references in my industry?
- What ERP systems do you specialize in?
Services and Processes
- What is your ERP process, from selection to implementation?
- What is your approach to data migration, system integration, QA testing, and compliance?
- How do you manage scope creep, project delays, and unforeseen issues?
- What post-launch support do you offer?
Related to Your Project
- How do you ensure that the ERP system aligns with my business processes and goals?
- How do you handle user adoption and change management?
- Who owns the source code and intellectual property of custom-built components, and who holds the software license of my system?
- Can the ERP system scale with my evolving business needs? For instance, can I add new features and modules?
