Non-stop spam calls from this company, and their service is terrible—it's outsourced outside of the US, so they aren’t bound by US laws. They can harass and call as many people as they want. They even called my private family number this morning and are constantly harassing me for business. This is not a good company; stay far away.Lastly, if you’re using this company to skirt around US laws, remember that while this company cannot be sued, your company can. They may make calls on your behalf, but as a US-based company, you’re still liable for any legal violations. It only takes asking, "What company do you represent?" and if it’s tied to you, you’ve just opened yourself up to a lawsuit.

Emapta has been great so far. Prior to joining the company, I have been hearing about the "Emapta Experience", and this becomes evident even before I officially started with the company. Their hiring and onboarding process is well-coordinated and organized. HR team is very professional and would really walk you through all that's needed for you to settle in well. It had been a very smooth process overall.They have plenty of offices, all of which look as if it came straight out of a magazine. It's a breath of fresh air and really puts you in a good, professional mood to work in.The people had been very friendly, and you get welcomed well by everyone. They speak a lot about the company being a family, and it does feel like so.As for the benefits and compensation. I'm sure it'll be different for people, depending on their roles and the accounts they've been assigned to. Personally, I'm very happy with mine. I cannot say more positive things.

I applied for an internship here. I was interviewed and I received an email a few days later saying that I am accepted. They wanted a quick call to discuss the details, but I missed it because I was in a place with little to no signal for sim/phone calls (but with stable internet) so I emailed them quickly to explain the situation and offered to be contacted through email or other platforms instead. I didn't receive any updates that day and the next so the day after that I sent a follow-up email and a few more follow up emails the proceeding days.In the end, they ghosted me lol
