I have been with ConnectOS for 1 year and 8 months—1 year and 5 months with my previous client and 3 months with my current client.One of the things I appreciate about ConnectOS is its top-of-the-line facilities designed to support employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, even within the office. These include amenities such as an entertainment room, gym, massage services, showers, and sleeping quarters, as well as employee engagement initiatives and monthly themed activities.What I value most about ConnectOS is the support they provided when my first client withdrew their account due to financial concerns. They handled the situation with great care—from retrieving my equipment at home and processing my final pay within a month to ensuring that I was re-profiled to a new client in just a month.Overall, it has been a fun and fulfilling experience. Not to mention, I am grateful for the amazing teammates I now work with under my new client.

I was hired this week for a remote position. I was told I would be getting a company card to make purchases of the software and things needed to perform the job. After I turned in my w4 I noticed there was a hard inquiry on my credit. The person hiring me said that was for the company card. I said I was not comfortable with that. She said it was only for the company card. I then said why can’t I just create an expense report like other companies I’ve worked for? She said that was ok and then asked me my credit limit and offered to pay it off so it can be fully used for work. I agreeed and within minutes there was a payment made by quad city bank to my credit. Becoming more skeptical I reached out to capital one to inquire about the hard inquiry and also the payment made. They verified that enshored tried to open a credit card fully in my name, not attached to the company. The person hiring me keeps trying to convince me this isn’t a scam but when I google this situation, all signs point to scam. Nobody answers the phone at this business and the ceo doesn’t respond on linked in. I asked them to destroy my personal information, I have had no response of confirmation. I also noticed they are not accredited on the better business bureau this is a complete hoax.

Emapta has been great so far. Prior to joining the company, I have been hearing about the "Emapta Experience", and this becomes evident even before I officially started with the company. Their hiring and onboarding process is well-coordinated and organized. HR team is very professional and would really walk you through all that's needed for you to settle in well. It had been a very smooth process overall.They have plenty of offices, all of which look as if it came straight out of a magazine. It's a breath of fresh air and really puts you in a good, professional mood to work in.The people had been very friendly, and you get welcomed well by everyone. They speak a lot about the company being a family, and it does feel like so.As for the benefits and compensation. I'm sure it'll be different for people, depending on their roles and the accounts they've been assigned to. Personally, I'm very happy with mine. I cannot say more positive things.

I was ghosted after I was verbally offered a job over the phone.On March 7, 2024, a recruiter contacted me, stating that she came across my application via LinkedIn. At that time, I had already received a job offer from another company but hadn't committed to it as I was exploring different opportunities. When asked by the recruiter if I had any pending applications elsewhere, I honestly disclosed that I had a pending job offer but had not yet accepted it. The recruiter then discussed the job position, salary package, and shift schedule then I expressed my interest to procced. She then scheduled me for an interview with the hiring managers.On March 8, 2024, I completed my initial interview, assessment, and final interview. On the same date, the recruiter contacted me to inform me that I had successfully passed the interviews. She mentioned that the job offer would be extended to me within the same day. She asked me whether I could start on March 18, 2024 and I confirmed my availability for that date.I immediately notified the other company via email that I was withdrawing my application. Explained the reason and they acknowledged my decision.Despite the assurance that the job offer will be rolled out within that day, I did not receive the said job offer.The day after, the recruiter followed up with me, explaining that the job offer was still pending as the client haven't signed it. She apologized for the delay and advised me to keep me updated.On March 14, four days prior to the said start date, I contacted the recruiter to inquire about the status of the job offer, the recruiter provided an update, indicating that it's still pending as it has not yet signed by the client. She assured me she would keep me informed. However, after that communication, I did not receive any further updates despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter.I was left frustrated and disappointed. I waited patiently for more than a month, hopeful to receive communication from them, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.If for any reason, client did not sign the contract or they found someone else for the job, they could have at least informed me.I waisted my time and the job opportunity from other company in favor with them. Very unprofessional!

I recently applied for the Senior QA Automation Engineer position at iScale Solutions and was promptly sent a technical assessment, which included both manual and automation exams. I dedicated my entire weekend to completing the assessment, putting in my best effort to showcase my skills and suitability for the role.However, after submitting the assessment, I waited patiently for an update on my application status. Unfortunately, despite receiving confirmation of the assessment's receipt, I did not hear back from the recruiter for an entire week. Despite reaching out via email and text message to inquire about the status of my application, I did not receive a single response.As a candidate, I understand that not every application will lead to success, and I'm perfectly fine with that outcome. What's crucial, though, is clear and timely communication from the hiring team. Even if the outcome was unfavorable, a simple acknowledgment of my efforts and feedback on the assessment would have been greatly appreciated.This lack of communication reflects poorly on the professionalism and respect that should be extended to all candidates. While I value transparency in the recruitment process, I was disappointed by the complete silence from iScale Solutions' recruitment team.In the future, I hope iScale Solutions and its recruiters prioritize better communication practices to ensure a more positive candidate experience.
