We recruit dedicated, full-time employees who work as an extension of each client's operations. Clients define the roles, select team members and direct their day-to-day work. KamelBPO manages recruitment and provides local HR, payroll, IT and facilities support.
Our experience spans travel sales, customer service, ticketing, administration, data entry, online education, technical support, finance and accounting, drafting and architecture. We support individual specialist hires as well as larger teams.
Examples of our staffing work include:
Enterprise travel sales and operations: 121 rostered positions across sales, customer service, ticketing, back-office work, management, training and quality.
Online education: a three-year contract covering 50 teaching positions, with two currently deployed and expansion underway.
Technical support: five positions, including bilingual support.
Engineering support: three drafting and architecture roles across separate engagements.
