Wish I could give zero stars! An absolutely awful company! I am embarrassed to ever have associated myself with them. It is common practice of the consultants at this business to lie about jobs and lie about sending CVs over! I mean if you are lucky enough to be consulted about a job that actually exists, be prepared for them to blatantly lie about sending your CV for this role. My experience with Annapurna was awful, and I also know other people who have utilised this agency and have shared the same experience as me. This leaves me to come to no other conclusion that their staff are leaving these 5* reviews! The consultant I worked with was amazing, and they actually shared an insight into the disgusting practices of this business. Avoid at all costs and go with another agency, these con artists are not worthy of their commission! I should have known from the state of their offices not to bother with this company.

It initially started as Capital Radio (from Euston where I have been to the shop and when I did Help a London Child 2 Christmasses in a row when it was running back then!!).I only went to the lobby area when it was just Capital Radio and it had a restaurant type Reception area back then.Now I just googled Global London and it houses not only Capital and Capital Gold but Heart, LBC and various other radio stations.I remember Pat Sharp, Mick Brown and Neil Fox from Capital and Clive Bull and Steve Allan from LBC.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with ZoeI had a very frustrating experience working with Zoe from Square one. I followed up multiple times to ask for feedback or any updates on the status of my interview, but despite my persistence, I never received any response. It's incredibly unprofessional to leave candidates hanging without any communication, especially when they spent time in the process. I understand that not every opportunity works out, but basic courtesy and respect would have been appreciated. I would not recommend working with this recruiter if you're looking for a professional and communicative process.

My experience with Charlie, a recruitment agent from Square One Resources, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. He initially assured me that I was one of only two candidates for a role, praising my qualifications and encouraging me to invest significant time in the process, including completing a five-day task assignment. However, a few weeks after submitting the assignment, Charlie completely ghosted me, despite promising to follow up. I only received an update from the company's HR, who informed me they had chosen another candidate with more experience in social media and community management—something Charlie never mentioned.His delays and lack of communication were not only unprofessional but also a significant waste of my time. Charlie’s false promises and disregard for transparency have left me deeply dissatisfied and cautious about trusting recruiters in the future. If you’re looking for a recruiter who values your time and communicates honestly, I suggest avoiding Charlie from Square One Resources.

Had an initial consultation with the firm after sending them detailed documentation. While the accountant was professional and courteous during our call, I was later informed they had no capacity for new clients and wouldn't be able to take on work until Spring 2025. This information should have been communicated before scheduling the consultation and requesting documents. While I appreciate their eventual honesty, this approach wasted time for both parties and doesn't reflect well on their business practices. Scheduling consultations when you know you can't take on new clients is not good client service.

Misleading, dishonest and greedy. I was originally told my tax preparation would be£1750. I then received a bill for £2500 for a seven page boiler plate generic memo regarding tax advice -which amounted to a newsletter. After over a year of receiving harassment emails and bills, I paid the £2500 and never use them for tax preparation, for fear of further “advice” and trumped up fees. A good decision on my part to not throw good money after bad. In summary, I paid £2500 just to part ways. I feel like a fool for being ripped off
