The projects we work on are cutting-edge, especially in healthcare and mobile app development, and there's a real sense of purpose behind everything we do. The leadership values new ideas and encourages growth, which makes it a great place to build your career. Honestly, it’s the best custom software development company in Chicago to work for if you're passionate about tech and making a difference.

I had a very positive experience working with Rang Technologies. From the initial outreach about the opportunity to scheduling interviews and onboarding the process has been responsive and efficient. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to provide support. I'm thrilled to say that I successfully secured a full-time role while working through their placement services. My experience with Muawwaz- SR. ER Executive was great, who were consistently supportive and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Rang Technology to others looking for their next career move.

The company has highly discriminatory policies, creating an unfair and biased work environment. There is absolutely no job security-employees are let go without transparent reasons or proper communication. The management lacks accountability, and there's a clear disregard for employee well-being. I would not recommend working here if you're looking for a stable and respectful workplace. They only hire freshers and don’t value mid senior employees and provoke them to resign.
